My fitness background!

I have always been into moving my body and fitness in general. I have loved the benefits that you get from body movement and how good it makes you feel. I have been a competitive equestrian my whole life and have always had to keep a certain level of fitness to perform well within the sport. From ab exercises to lifting to cardio routines, I am well knowledgeable in all different areas of work outs and different types of fitness. I love all types of exercises especially attending yoga classes and going on long walks with my dogs in the mornings. My plan for this section of my blog is to talk about all things fitness and tips and tricks of different fitness categories. I’m going to talk about exercises that you can do at the gym or even in your living room at home.
